Der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit! Jeden Montag von 17:45 - 19:00 Uhr bekommt ihr von mir einen entspannten Flow mit einer kurzen Meditation zum Abschluss und wenn ihr möchtet, im Anschluss noch das perfekte Wohlfühlprogramm im Andaz Spa.
Buchen könnt ihr direkt über den R1 Sportsclub oder über das Andaz Spa. Wer bei der Yogasession dabei ist, kann für 25,- Euro von 19:00 - 21:00 Uhr den Wellnessbereich nutzen für die perfekte Auszeit.
